Returns

At Rue Marengo, we want you to be happy and satisfied with your jewelry. That is why we offer you the possibility of returning your items for free and with ease, in order to obtain a full refund. But first, you must take note of the following information:


1. Gift cards, discounted merchandise, merchandise purchased on Sale (from the Sale tab), or marked down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.


2. Your return must be shipped to us within 30 days from the date you placed the order, using a prepaid shipping label that you can print from the Returns Portal. These labels will ensure that your return is properly insured and mailed to the proper return address.


3.The item(s) you return must be unworn, unused, unaltered, in saleable condition, and must include all original packaging, tags, and brochures in good condition, as well as your invoice.


Once your return is inspected and accepted, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Different financial institutions process refunds differently so please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed. Please note that shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.

Exchanges

In order to return an item, you simply need to return the item you don’t want by following the instructions above. Then, you can purchase the item that you want from the website.
