Shipping Information
Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping options during checkout:
- Free Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within 3-5 business days.
- 2 Business Days: Delivery typically within 2 business days.
- Next Business Day: Delivery typically within 1 business day.
Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed, because carrier companies such as UPS, FedEx or USPS can be adversely affected by external circumstances such as extreme weather or lack of personnel due to the current Covid pandemic.
Processing Times
- Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12pm CST will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12pm CST will be shipped the following business day.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or during holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Order processing can only begin once we have a successful payment confirmation.
Signature at Delivery
Orders of $100 or more will require a signature upon delivery.
Insurance and Safety
All orders are insured for the duration of transit, until the moment the order is delivered to the address provided by you. Risk of loss or damage to an item passes to you once the order has been delivered to the location specified by you.
All orders are shipped in discrete packaging with no indications as to the contents of the package.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, an email with carrier and tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided to us.
You can also access the Rue Marengo tracking portal at the bottom of the page to track your order.
Limitations
We currently can only accept one shipping address per order. If you need to ship to different addresses, you will have to place separate orders.
P.O. Boxes
In order to keep your items safe, orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We are currently unable to make shipments to APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations.
